Environmental Law
The environmental legal world can be a complex combination of state, federal, and international treaty law on issues of concern to the environment and protecting natural resources. For example, environmental laws and regulations relate to topics such as pollution of soil, air, or water; global warming; and depletion of oil, coal, and clean water. In law school, Peter interned in the Environmental Litigation Clinic and has maintained a keen interest in this area of the law. Peter can handle claims and litigation involving the plethora of environmental laws and regulations including the Clean Water Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).
